Owner/Director: Korma Aguh-Stuckmayer
I’m Katúkaókma, aka Korma Aguh-Stuckmayer, a proud Nigerian from the Igbo tribe and the CEO of Afrocontigbo. I believe movement is health, and health is wealth—because who doesn’t want to be rich?
While in college, I joined Dancescape, where I expanded my craft into Jazz, Salsa, Japanese, and contemporary dance. After earning my MBA from St. Mary’s University in 2011, I pursued my dream and founded Afrocontigbo in 2014, blending traditional and modern West African dance styles.
Through movement and rhythm, we foster cultural preservation, self-expression, and community-building. Our team of 8–10 core dancers/creatives performs at festivals, teaches weekly Afrobeats fitness classes, and collaborates with artists—all while keeping the culture alive and thriving.
We love engaging our audience and getting them on the dance floor!
We offer dance classes, performances, and workshops across the Twin Cities.
We welcome collaborations but steer clear of shady vibes. 😆
